摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌术后主要并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析了从2002年5月￣2005年5月于我院肛肠外科行手术治疗的632例结直肠癌患者资料。结果吻合口漏7例,骶前出血11例,造口坏死1例,造口旁疝2例,肠梗阻7例,应激性溃疡16例,切口感染28例。其中3例发生2种并发症,1例发生3种并发症。结论预防并发症是降低手术死亡率、提高患者生活质量的关键。
[Objective] To investigate the prevention measure of complications after operation of colorectal cancer. [Methods] A retrospective study of 632 post-operation patients with coloreetal cancer from May, 2002 to May, 2005 was performed. [Results] The complications included anastomosis leakage in 7 cases, presacral veniplex bleeding in 11 cases, ischemic necrosis of stoma in 1 case, para-stomal hemia in 2 cases, intestinal obstruction in 7 cases, stress ulcer in 16 cases, incision infection in 28 cases. [Conclusion] It is important to prevent complications after operation of colorectal cancer. Less complication can reduce the operation mortality and improve the quality of life.
