摘要
对签订公平合理的合同应注意的问题进行了阐述,并从工程量的统计工作、工程实施中的索赔工作、造价管理系统的良好建立等方面对工程施工期间的全方位管理进行了论述,最后对直接费控制进行了探讨。
This paper illustrates the problems should be noticed in signing fair and equitable contract, discusses omni-directional management during engineering construction from statistical work of BOQ, claims work in implementing construction and well establishment of cost management system, and makes a study of the control of direct cost.
