摘要
目的建立一种用气相色谱法同时测定止痒搽剂中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片三组分含量的方法。方法采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M填充柱(涂布浓度为10%);柱温155℃;进样口温度为190℃;FID检测器,检测器温度250℃。结果樟脑在0.198~1.191mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.99999),薄荷脑在0.132~0.790mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.99999),冰片在0.139~0,833mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率分别为:樟脑95.21%.RSD为1.58%(n=9),薄荷脑102.71%,RSD为1.29%(n=9),冰片99.33%,RSD为1.40%(n:9)。结论该法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效地控制该药品的质量。
Objective To estabilsh a method for simultaneous determination of camphor, menthol, and borueol in antipruritic liniment by GC. Methods Using 10% PEG -20M packed column. The column temperature was at 155℃. Injector temperature was at 190℃. FID detector with temperature at 250℃. Results Camphor showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 198 - 1.191 mg/ml (r = 0. 999 99 ), menthol showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 132 - 0. 790 mg/ml (r = 0. 999 99 ), borneol showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 139 - 0. 833 mg/ml ( r = 0. 999 9 ) ; the average recovery and the relative standard deviation:Camphor 95.21%, RSD 1.58% (n =9), Menthol 102.71% , RSD 1.29% (n =9) , Borneol 99.33% ,RSD 1.40% (n = 9) . Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the drug.
