摘要
执行力是组织和个人贯彻落实企业决策的力度。在分析了海尔的OEC管理模式的基础上,指出了好的执行力必须明确员工的职责、建立科学的管理制度、健全的激励机制。
The ability of execution is how an organization or a person implement the policies of enterprises. This paper points out a good way to enhance the ability of execution,that is to define the employee＇ s duties,and establish the management system and mechanism of encouragement scentificly based on the analysis of the OEC mode.
