摘要
                
                    采用RNGk-ε湍流模型和非结构化网格SIMPLE方法,对自行设计的一种机械自力式恒流量风阀产品模型进行了二维和三维流动的数值分析;同时还专门设计建造了恒流量风阀的实验装置,对产品模型进行了大量实验研究,数值模拟和实验数据吻合较好。对比结果表明,利用CFD方法进行风阀产品的研发与优化分析方法是可行、有效的,恒流量风阀产品具有流量控制精度高、产品结构简单等优点,可直接应用到工程实际中。
                
                Using the RNG k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE scheme based on unstructured grid system,2-Dimensions and 3- Dimensions numerical simulations on a special self-reliant-like constant flux air valve was performed. In addition, a test-bed and conducted lots of experiments was specially designed to study the control characteristics of the valve. The numerical simulations and experimental data coincide well. The result show that it feasible and effective to design and optimize the air valve by CFD numerical simulation. The constant flux air valve mentioned has a high precision and simple structure, which can be applied to engineering practice.
