摘要
指出了AD喷涂机传统控制方式的不足之处,分析了喷涂机数控系统的控制原理,提出了一种基于Linux操作系统平台,以工业PC+PMAC多轴运动控制器为核心的AD喷涂机开放式数控系统解决方案,概述了系统的软、硬件体系结构,研究了关键部分的实现机制。
The disadvantages of traditional control methods used in AD Spraying Machine are introduced; the control principles of the Spraying Machine CNC system are studied. A scheme of openrchitecture CNC system is proposed, which is based on Linux and uses industrial PC and programmable multiple-axis controller as the controlling center. Besides, the software framework and hardware design are described. The techniques of several main Darts are researched.
