摘要
云南处于援越抗美和对越自卫反击战的边防一线,同时又是我国地缘国防战略的大后方。既是“一线”又是“三线”的特殊地缘政治环境,赋予了云南三线建设独特的面貌和经验。运用一手档案、文献资料,重点研究云南17年的三线建设所取得的成就,以及为巩固国防、保卫边疆安全和云南经济社会的发展产生的积极影响。并将云南三线建设的成就和局限性置于特定的历史时空中进行分析,认为云南三线建设具有特殊的“备战经济”性质。
Yunnan is situated at the first - line of national defense in the war of helping Vietnam to fight against U. S. A. and in the war of the counterattack war for self - defense against Vietnam. In this thesis, the study based on the first - hand files, literature and materials, 17 years＂ third - line construction achievements in Yunnan are emphasized. Such achievements have produced positive influences on strengthening national defense, defending the safety of the border and the development of Yunnan＂ s economy and society. Achievements and shortcomings in Yunnan＂ s third - line construction are analyzed in specific historical time and space and it is assumed in the thesis that Yunnan＂ s third - line construction has a property of the ＂economy of preparing for war＂.
