摘要
研究了工业纯钛TA2室温下蠕变第1阶段的特性。结果表明,TA2材料室温下确实存在明显的蠕变现象,并且存在一个临界应力值,低于该临界值的TA2在室温下不会发生蠕变。TA2室温下蠕变第1阶段的规律为β蠕变。针对TA2材料室温下第1阶段的蠕变特性,本研究提出了一种新的β值与应力间的关系表达式:β=β0(σ-σc)m,其中σc为蠕变临界应力。并且得到室温下TA2的蠕变临界应力值为267.25MPa。
Primary creep characteristic of industrially pure titanium TA2 at room temperature was studied. The results of creep tests show that there exists an obvious creep at room temperature and a creep critical stress for TA2. The creep will occur obviously in case of stress larger than the critical stress value. Analysis of the creep test result indicates that primary creep of TA2 titanium at room temperature comply with β creep law. A new mathematics expression between β value and stress is established in this paper, β=β0(σ-σc)^m, where σc is creep critical stress whose value is 267.25 MPa for TA2 titanium at room temperature
