摘要
研究了固溶时效工艺参数对ZA27MnSi合金的冲击值、金相组织和断口形貌的作用规律,认为该合金的固溶过程包括枝晶成分均匀化、化合物溶解、非平衡共晶组织的扩散消失和晶粒粗化;时效过程主要包括α相的共析分解、合金元素的聚集和化合物析出长大以及组织粗化.结果表明,经180℃或270℃固溶、自然时效,ZA27MnSi合金的冲击值可由铸态的15J/cm提高到410~46J/cm.
This paper deals with the effects of the processes of solution and ageingtreatment on the impact toughness, microstructure and fracture pattern of ZA27MnSi. Itshows that the process of solution and ageing treatment for this alloy include the homogenization of the elements contained within dendrite,the compound's solution,the diffusionand vanishing of non-equilibrium eutectic structure and grain coarsing,and also that theageing treatment includes mainly the eutectoid decomposition of α-phase, the aggregationof the alloy elements,the eduction and growth of compounds and the structure coarsing.The data gained show that the impact values of ZA27MnSi as cast can be increased from 15J/cm2 to 40-46J/cm2 by solid solution at 180℃ or 270℃ and spontaneous ageing.
