摘要
分子标志是重建生物系统发育关系的关键。目前,在蚊虫研究中应用的分子标志主要包括两大类,即核基因和线粒体基因序列。该文综述了上述两类分子标志在蚊虫系统发育关系重建中的应用现状,核基因和线粒体基因相结合重建按蚊的系统发育关系具有较高的可信度。该文还介绍了建立在基因组计划基础上的全新学科——系统发育基因组学(phylogenomics)。该学科在解决一些生物进化的基本问题方面有巨大潜力。
Molecular marker is the key point to the reconstruction of phylogeny. Now the two main kinds of molecular markers used in mosquitoes are nuclear genes and mitochondrial genes. The research progress on the aforesaid genes in reconstruction of mosquitoes phylogeny was reviewed. There was high level of confidence on anopheline phylogenetic relationship reconstructed by combining nuclear genes with mitochondrial genes. Meanwhile, Phylogenomics, a new subject, aiming at reconstruction of the evolutionary history of organisms on the basis of the analysis of their genomes was also introduced. There was great potential in resolving basic organism evolution with Phylogenomics.
