摘要
在科学发展观的指导下提出:完善社区体育健身服务管理体系;理顺社区体育健身服务管理体制;遵循社区体育健身服务管理原则;采取有效的社区体育健身服务管理手段;建立一支社区体育健身服务指导队伍。
Based on the expounding that the Concept of Scientific Development is the great idelolgical weapon for establishing and improving the physical body- building service system in community, the essay analyses the basic framework for establishing and improving the physical body- buliding service system in community and comes up with the relevant measures： to perfect the managing system of the physical body- building service, to rationalize the managing system of the physical body- building service, to follow the managing principles of the physical body- building service, to take effective measures of physical body - building service in community and to organize an instructor team for the physical body- building service in community.
