摘要
对宝钢4000m3级高炉降料线操作实践进行了总结。通过制定详细的操作计划,大量细致的前期准备工作以及在降料线的过程中对各项操作参数合理控制,保持炉况稳定,使炉顶煤气温度、净煤气温度、氢气含量控制在安全范围内,实现了安全、准时休风。休风后通过技术创新,不打水,不喷专用覆盖料,快速降低炉顶煤气温度与浓度,确保施工人员按时顺利进入炉内安全作业。
The paper summaries the measures in dropping stockline of 4 000 m^3 BF in Baosteel： drafting detail operation plan, implementing large amount of preparation work and rational control of various operation data in the course of dropping the stockline, keeping furnace operation status stable, controlling the top gas temperature and clean gas temperature as well as hydrogen content within a safe range. These measures bring on safe and timely blow off. Mter blow off, some other actions are taken which ensure timely, smooth and safe operation of worker working inside the furnace, such as no water sprinkling, no special coating, rapid reduction of top gas temperature and concentration.
