脉宽调制型变量喷雾控制ECU设计与分析 被引量:15

摘要 提出一种脉宽调制型变量喷雾ECU设计方案,设计包含通讯单元及控制单元,通讯单元通过CAN总线可与拖拉机上配置的控制器直接联系;控制单元则利用斩波横流电路提高了系统电磁回路的响应速度。利用EDA手段并结合实验,对控制单元的斩波横流电路进行了分析和研究。结果表明使用斩波横流电路使电流上升时间为4.5ms,下降时间为9ms,并使流量随占空比线性增加。 The modulated spraying nozzle control (MSNC) system equipped with pulse-width modulation (PWM) nozzle is a new kind of variable rate technology (VRT) for spraying. A design scheme of the electronic control unit (ECU)was investigated for the PWM nozzle, which included a communication unit that could transmit messages between the computer and the ECU in the tractor, and the control unit which might improve the response speed by using the cross- current chop-wave circuit. Using EDA tools, the simulation and the experiment were carried out to study the circuit. The results show that with this unit the rising edge of the circuit is 4. 5 ms and the falling edge is 9 ms. Furthermore, the relationship between glow rate and duty cycle is linear.
