摘要
研制一种断路器疲劳自动试验装置,以国产DBA,DBG,DBF等10多种断路器产品的可靠性为研究对象,系统由工控机,数据采集卡,伺服驱动系统等硬件组成,完成对断路器产品机械寿命和电寿命的自动试验,显示,存储及打印等功能,系统精度高,重复性好。以LabVIEW虚拟仪器为开发平台,设计灵活,可以根据不同产品型号的试验要求任意设置试验频率,测试次数,时间等参数,试验过程可以在机械寿命和电寿命两种工作模式下任意切换,同时可针对新产品进行参数设置,新型号测试,试验功能全面,扩展性好,自动化、智能化的特点大大简化了试验过程,节省人力物力,提高试验效率。
This paper introduces one kind of detecting device for circuit breaker' life endurance characterics. According to a great variety of domestic products, such as DBA, DBG, DBF and etc, this system which consists of industrial computer, data acquisition card, servo-drive system and other hardware components could accomplish many functions for circuit breaker's mechanical and electrical endurance characteristics, such as automatic measurement, on-line display, data storage, pdnting and etc. It considers LabVIEW virtual instrumentation as developing platform to get flexible design. According to different detecting demands for different kinds of products, we could set test parameters randomly such as frequency, times or temporal hour, and the detecting process could be changed between two patterns of mechanical and electric endurance. It could also set parameters for new products and complete detection. Above all, this system has comprehensive detecting functions, good augmentability, and for the most important, it could replace traditional manual operation, reduce costs of labour power and materials ,simplify measuring process, and increase operating efficiency.
