摘要
目的探讨分析头皮撕脱伤患者多尿症状产生的原因及处理方法。方法对1999年1月至2006年8月收治的34例头皮撕脱伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组34患者中,7例出现多尿等临床表现,平均尿量约6100ml。而其中1例出现尿崩症的临床表现,经及时对症处理后治愈。结论积极控制原发疾病,纠正水电解质紊乱,可以有效地预防严重的并发症发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of polyuria after scalp avulsion injury and discuss treatment measures. Methods A retrospective study was performed by reviewing clinical data from 34 patients with scalp avulsion injury admitted to our department from 1999 to 2006. Results Seven of 34 patients with scalp avulsion injury demonstrated polyuria with an average urine volume of 6100 ml. 6 cases showed the clinical symptoms of diabetes inslpidus which resolved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Effective control of primary diseases and correction of water and electrolyte disorder can help prevent and treat severe complications.
