摘要
利用氮吸附法测定了掺聚羧酸系减水剂、萘系减水剂的水泥石的孔结构,分析了减水剂对水泥石孔结构的影响;利用扫描电镜分析了聚羧酸系减水剂与萘系减水剂对硬化3天及28天水泥石微观形貌的影响。试验结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂能大幅度减小水泥石大孔的孔径,使孔更加细化和均匀化,从而增加了水泥石的致密性。
Pore structure of cement paste containing polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (PC) and naphthalene formaldehyde sulfonate-based superplasticizer(NF) was determined by means of ASAP2010 analyzer, effects of superplasticizer on pore structure of cement paste were analysed and effects of polycarboxylate-based and naphthalene-based superplasticizers on microstructure of hardened cement paste at age of 3d and 28d were analysed by way of SEM. Testing results showed that incorporation of PC could greatly reduce pore size of big pores of cement paste making pores finer and uniformer, thus improving compactness of cement paste.
