摘要
新一轮文化体制改革将对包括公共图书馆在内的文化事业产生积极而深远的影响。文章结合文化体制改革,探讨了未来公共图书馆的功能定位、价值取向和发展路向。
The new term of culture system reform will make great influence to the culture undertaking, including public library. On the basis of the culture system reform, this thesis discusses the function position, value orientation and the aim of development of our public library in the future.
