摘要
目的探讨健康教育对改善住院精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用。方法对160例再次住院的精神分裂症患者进行6 w多种方式的健康教育,观察健康教育前后服药依从性的变化,并进行对比分析。结果健康教育6 w末患者服药依从性改善明显,并且与健康教育前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能明显改善住院精神分裂症患者服药依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of healthy education on improving drugtaken compliance of schizophrenics. Methods 160 second inpatients with schizophrenia were conducted with healthy education for 6 weeks, the changes of drug-taken compliance before and after education were analyzed. Results The compliance had obvious improve-ment at the end of 6w after education, and had significant tion can improve drug-taken compliance of inpatients with schizophrenia.
