安瓿与抗生素玻璃瓶开启时微粒污染量的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Contaminated Drug Particle Amount in Unsealing of Ampoul and Antibiotic Glass Bottle

摘要 目的:比较安瓿与抗生素玻璃瓶开启时的微粒污染量,为安全用药提供参考。方法:分别抽取用安瓿与抗生素玻璃瓶包装的法莫替丁注射液各50支,按常规方法开启吸药,经孔径0.45μm、直径25mm滤膜过滤后,显微镜下观察注射液中的微粒污染量。结果:抗生素玻璃瓶装法莫替丁注射液开启时,微粒污染量明显少于安瓿装法莫替丁注射液。结论:抗生素玻璃瓶包装的注射液使用更安全。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the contaminated drug particle amount in unsealing of ampoul and antibiotic glass bottle for references of safe medication. METHODS: 50 bottles of famotidine injection packaged in ampoul and another 50 in antibiotic glass bottle were selected and unsealed, with injection within drawn out for the observation of drug particles under microscope after filtering on filter membrane at a pore size of 0.45μm and diameter of 25mm. RESULTS: The contaminated drug particle amount in unsealing of famotidine injection packaged in antibiotic glass bottle was significantly less than that packaged in ampule. CONCLUSION: Injection packaged in antibiotic glass bottle is safer to use as compared with that pack aged in ampule,
