风冷式粉碎机粉碎手机边框板刀具磨损试验研究 被引量:1

The Study of Reamer Wear in Pulverizing Waste Printed Ciruit Board of Pulverizing Machine with Air Cooling

摘要 用表面形貌仪,采用平行试验方法,研究FL150型风冷式粉碎机粉碎手机边框板在常温和低温2种条件下,不锈钢304刀具、高速钢(W18Cr4V)刀具、Cr12刀具3种材料刀具的磨损情况。结果表明该粉碎机主要粉碎形式是“磨”,主要磨损形式是磨料磨损,3种材料中Cr12刀具抗磨效果最好;手机边框板经过低温预冷后,刀具磨损加大。 In order to manufacuture pulverizing machine special for waste printed ciruit board and study properties of printed circuit board under cryogenic condition, and optimize the working condition, Talysurf 5P-120 surface measuring system was used to study the reamer wear of FL150 pulverizing machine with air cooling. The wear of reamers made of three kinds of material,which are stainless steel 304, high speed steel(W18Cr4V) and Cr12, under different conditions was studied. Results show that the main crashing stype of the machine is pulverizing or mill, and the dominated wear of reamers is abrasive wear, and reamers made of Cr12 are the best to resist abrasive wear. The printed circuit board for mobile become stronger at cryogenic condition, which makes reamers damage more. So as reamer wear is concerned, cryogenic condition is not good to pulverize printed circuit board.
