摘要
本文论述了结合地区实际依托高等院校及科研单位的网络、专家、文献信息资源的优势,构建适应本地区农牧业发展的信息咨询和最新科研成果的应用决策平台的必要性和可行性,并提出了信息网络平台的设计方案。
Dependlng on the advantage of network,expert,literature information of high college and research unit,this paper discussed the necessity and possibility of establishing the platform that adapts the native agriculture and animal husbandry and the latest research resuls,and put forward an design project of the information platform.
