摘要
根据蒙古族社会、经济、文化和蒙医药学本身的发展特点的研究,对蒙医药学发展史概括为如下4个发展阶段。①早在12世纪以前,蒙古族人就发明和运用了许多适合当时社会、生产、生活特点的医疗方法。这是蒙医药学的萌芽和积累经验时期。②13世纪初成吉思汗统一蒙古各部落后,到明朝初期,总结提高原有蒙古传统医药经验,形成了具有初步医疗理论和独特临床经验的古代蒙医药。③16世纪开始,在原有的古代传统蒙医药的基础上,吸收了古印度医学AYURVEDA和藏医学,在实践中不断整理提高,融合贯通,形成了有系统理论体系,又保持蒙医药独特临床经验的近代蒙医药学。④20世纪50年代以后,随着现代科学技术的发展,蒙医药学在医疗、科研和教学等各方面都进入了一个新的历史阶段。
According to the development traits of Mongolian society, economy, culture and Mongolian medical science and medicine, the emerging and development of Mongolian medical science could be briefed sa the following four stages：（1） Before 12th century, which is an embryonic stage and stage of accumulating experience, Mongolian people invented and applied many therapies fit for the social environment, mode of production, habits and customs, and geographical and weather traits. （2）With the development of Mongolian society, economy, culture, on the basis of summarizing and improving Mongolian traditional medicine, ancient Mongolian medicine came into being gradually with fundamental medical theory and unique clinical experience from the beginning of 13th century when Khangiskan unified Mongolian tribes to the initial stage of Ming Dynasty. （3）Since 16th century, modem Mongolian medical science has come into being, which mainly consisted of theory of Three Elements（Heyi, Xil, Badagan）, the theory of Six Basic Diseases and the theory of ＂cold and hot. It maintained unique clinical experience on the basis of ancient traditional Mongolian medicine and absorbed much from ancient Indian medicine（ AYUR VEDA）and Tibetan medical science.＂ （4）After the1950s, Mongolian medical science entered a new historical phase in every field of medical care, research and education with the development of modern scientific techniques.
