摘要 分析了现有标准插齿刀后角对齿形误差的影响,提出了误差均衡法,降低了插齿刀齿形误差,并应用于9°大后角插齿刀的设计有效地控制了插齿刀的齿形误差,并使之略低于标准插齿刀的齿形误差。通过对新型大后角插齿刀样刀与标准插齿刀切削对比试验和被加工齿轮精度测试与分析,验证了最佳齿形角修正算法理论的正确性。 By analyzing the effect of the big back of existing standard gear shaping cutter on error of tooth profile, the method of error equalization was put forward. Applying this method, the error of tooth profile of gear shaping cutter was reduced, and this method was successfully applied in designing of gear shaping cutter with 9° big back angle. Using this kind of gear shaping cutter, the error of tooth profile can be controlled effectively and slightly smaller than that of using standard gear shaping cutter. By the comparing cutting experiments of the new-style gear shapingcutter with big back angle with the standard gear shaping cutter and testing and analyzing for the precision of the gears machined in the experiments, the correctness of the theory about optimal modification algorithm of tooth profile angle was testified.
