摘要
根据社会福利最大化原则,研究交通拥挤下的收费定价理论模型.与不设拥挤收费情况对比,拥挤收费可以获得通行费收入,减轻政府财政负担,实现社会福利的帕累托改进,提出不同情况下拥挤收费的具体数值.
According to the social welfare maximization principle, a theoretical model of the congestion pricing is prenented. Compared with no congestion charges, the congestion charge may increase toll income, lighten the government financial burden and it could actually be a Pareto improvement of social welfare. Moreover, through computation analysis, the value of the congestion charge in the different situation.
