摘要
研究了烟酰胺对经UVA照射后人皮肤黑素细胞中黑素小体运动速率和黑素小体分布的影响。结果显示:烟酰胺对人皮肤黑素细胞中黑素小体运动速率的影响不显著;经0.2 J/cm2UVA照射后,在不同时间给予烟酰胺后,随着烟酰胺作用浓度的变化,黑素细胞中黑素小体的分布呈现明显的改变,其中烟酰胺0.25 mg/mL和1.25 mg/mL时该变化显著。实验发现:0.25 mg/mL和1.25 mg/mL的烟酰胺能调节经UVA照射后黑素细胞中黑素小体的分布;适宜浓度的烟酰胺可以添加于皮肤化妆品中用于美白和防护UVA照射。
The influence of nicotinamide on melanosome movement velocity and its distribution in UVA irradiated human skin melanocytes were studied. Results showed that, the effect of nicotinamide on human skin melanosome movement velocity is not significant, while the distribution of melanosome in melanocytes after UVA (365 nm) irradiation is changes significantly depending on with the different dosage of nicotinamide in melanocytes, especially at 0.25 mg/mL and 1.25 mg/mL nicotinamide. The findings obtained from the experiments showed that nicotinamide of suitable concentrations could be used as human skin whitenning agent and for UVA protection.
