摘要
总结痔上黏膜环切吻合术（PPH）治疗混合痔（Ⅲ，Ⅳ度）的临床经验及疗效。回顾性分析16例经PPH治疗的混合痔（Ⅲ，Ⅳ度）的临床资料。结果显示，手术时间平均15min，术后住院2～4d。随访3～12个月，无复发，无肛门失禁，无肛周感染及吻合口狭窄，总有效率为100％。结果表明，PPH疗效确切安全，有手术与住院时间短、不易复发和愈合快等优点，是治疗混合痔的一种较好的手术方法。
The aim of this study was to sum the clinical experience and curative effects of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） for Ⅲ or Ⅳ grade mixed hemorrhoids. Authors analysed the data of 16 cases. As a result, operation time averaged 15 rain, postoperative hospitalization duration was 2-4 days; the follow-up of 3-12 monthes did not find recurrence case,copracrasia,perianal infection and stenosis of anastornotic stoma. Total effective rate was 100%. Results show that PPH has such advantages as reliable and safe effects, shorter operation-time and hospitalization duration,less recurrence and faster healing,etc, thus is a better procedure for mixed hemorrhoids.
