应用小波包结合FFT方法检测转子断条故障信号

摘要 针对笼型异步电动机转子断条故障信号的处理,提出了一种小波包分析结合FFT的处理方法。该方法弥补了单独使用FFT无时间分辩力和无法准确识别微弱故障特征信号的缺点,也弥补了单独使用小波包分析只能得到各频带信号成分而无法得到频点信号的不足。实验证明该方法是可行的,应用该方法能够准确检测到笼型异步电动机转子断条故障信号。 In allusion to disposing of the broken bars fault signal of asynchronous motor, A new method based on wavelet packets and FFT is presented. Using this method can make up the weakness that using FFT has no resolution in time area and can not identify the weak fault signal; also make up the shortage that using wavelet packts can not acquire the signal on frequency order. It is proved that using this method can accurately detect the broken bars fault signal of asynchronous motor.
