摘要
在上海市南区污水输送干线改建工程的基础上,合理利用顶管施工工艺,以一级倒虹代替多级倒虹的水力条件改善来进一步进行优化设计。经多方案综合比较及水力模型试验结果论证,可以取消原2号泵站、新建3号泵站,使其改造方案更为合理。不但节省了工程改建费,也使经常运行费用大幅降低,并且管理方便。
In the Shanghai South District waste water delivery main line modification project, due to using jacking process to replace multiple inverted siphons with once inverted siphon, hydraulic condition was improved, which made design optimization of pump station possible. After comparing and hydraulic modeling, the optimized alteration was to cancel No.2 pump station and rebuild No. 3 pump station. It made the modification more reasonable and reduced the reconstruction cost.
