摘要
在100L的反应釜中,加入醇-水石灰乳、硫代硫酸钠、氯化钴和通入CO气体制备四羰基钴盐,接着在同一反应器中催化氯苄的双羰基化反应,合成苯丙酮酸盐。
A suspension of calcium hydroxide with water/alcohol mixture was fed in a 100 L reactor, and sodium thiosulfate and cobalt chloride were added after carbon monoxide was introduced to systhesize tetra carbonylcobaltate . Then double carbonylation of benzyl chloride followed to produce phenylpyruvate in the same reactor. This process avoids the preparation of the catalyst in another autoclave and cuts down on storage and transport of the catalyst.
