摘要
阐述了建立我国粮食物流体系的必要性和紧迫性,分析了粮食物流体系的现状及存在的问题,指出实现粮食物流业发展必须解决管理体制问题,并应加强政策引导,加快粮食物流企业的发展,推广先进的粮食流通技术,提出了粮食物流体系建设的对策和措施。
The necessity and urgency of constructing china＇s grain logistics system was expounded. After analyzing Current situation and questions of grain logistics industry, the developing strategy of constructing china＇s grain logistics system was proposed. In order to develop the grain logistics system, the following questions should be paid more attention： （1）to improve the management system and to strengthen the guidance in policy; （2）to accelerate developing the enterprise of grain logistics; （3）to spread the advanced grain circulation technologies.
