摘要
目的制定高效液相色谱法测定芪归祛白胶囊中梣酮含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Zorbax C18柱(十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,4.6mm×250mm,5um);柱温:室温(25℃);流动相:甲醇-水(56:44);流速:1.0ml·min^-1;进样量:20ul。检测波长:218nm。结果当梣酮浓度在1.5~9.0ug·ml^-1范围内时呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=3.4857×104X—1.3422×10^3,r=0.9997。平均回收率98.71%,RSD为1.09%,n=5。梣酮与其它杂质峰达基线分离,梣酮周围无杂质,分离度达2以上。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定芪归祛白胶囊中梣酮的含量,操作较简便、灵敏度高、阴性无干扰,能较好地控制芪归祛白胶囊中梣酮的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of fraxinellon in Qiguiqubai Capsule. METHODS Zorbax C18 cloumn(250mm × 4. 6mm, 5um) was used, column temperature: 25℃, using methanol- water (56 : 44) as a mobile phase(1.0ml · min^-1 )and detection wavelength was at 218nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of fraxinellon was linear in the range of 1.5-9.0ug · ml^-1 ,regression equation was Y =3. 4857 × 104 X --1. 3422× 10^3 , r =0. 9997 and the average recovery was 98.71~ ( RSD = 1.06%, n = 5). Fraxinellon line with other impurities peak reached essential separation of fraxinellon around without impurity separation reach 2 above. CONCLUSION The method was relatively simple,highly sensitive,accurate, no negative interference and can be used to control the quality of Qiguiqubai capsule.
