摘要
外部空间要成为积极空间,必须具备以下条件:空间是有计划的,是为了满足人们的意图而营造的;空间有确定的边界,并向内侧收敛;空间有“图”的性质。汕头中信海滨花园建设虽然改善了室外铺地,增设了绿化和小品,但是在空间本质和行列式布局方式上并没有什么改进,主要原因就是缺乏积极的外部空间。其规划应增设东西向或锯齿形住宅,形成围合,并进行细部设计。
For the exterior space to become the positive space, it is necessary to have the following conditions： the space should be designed to meet the purpose of the people; there is a clear boundary for the space and it should be inward convergent; the space has the character of a ＂picture＂. Although the outdoor pavage has been improved and greenbelt and garden furniture have been added to the Zhongxin Coastal Garden in Shantou, there is no improvement to the spatial essence and determinant arrangement, which is mainly due to the lack of positive exterior space. Therefore it is recommended that residential buildings in east-west direction or in hackle shape be planned to form an enclosure and detailed design be needed.
