摘要
民办高校应着力培养学生的创新精神与创业能力,使其成为具有产品开发、市场开拓能力的应用型创新人才与创业人才。为此,民办高校对学生既要重视智力教育,又要重视非智力教育,还要创新育人模式,努力实现人文教育与科学教育相结合,理论教育(掌握知识)与实践教育(提高能力)相结合,做人教育与做事教育相结合。
It is necessary for the civilian-run colleges and universities to pay attention to training the students for having innovation spirit and pioneering ability, so as to make them be the applied type innovation and pioneering people of ability for opening markets. So, the civilian-run colleges and universities must pay attention to intellectual education, still to the pioneering mode for training people; as well as do their best to realize the combination of human education with science education, the combination of theoretic education （mastering knowledge） with practical education （raising the ability）, and the combination of morality education with working education.
