摘要
采用化学法制备了白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维,产率为80.11%,其持水力和溶胀力分别为4.14 g/g和1.78 mL/g.测定了白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维对NO2-的吸附作用.结果表明,在酸性条件下,随pH值的降低其吸附能力明显增加.当pH=2.0时,最大吸附速率为0.139μmol/(g.m in),平衡浓度为2.036μmol/L,平衡时间为72 m in.在酸性条件下白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维对NO2-有较强的吸附作用.
The adsorptive ability of the water-insoluble dietary fibre for nitrite is studied in this paper. Waterinsoluble dietary fibre is extracted from Ginkgo shell by chemical method. The extraction rate is 80. 11%. Its water holding capacity and expansion capacity are 4. 14 g/g and 1.78 mL/g, respectively. Under the condition of pH 2. 0, the water-insoluble dietary fibre shows high adsorptive ability for nitrite. It adsorb nitrite at a maximum rate of 0. 139 μmol/( g · min) to a balanceable concentration, 2. 036 μmol/L. The adsorptive reaction reaches equilibrium in 72. 0 minutes. Its adsorptive ability for nitrite decreases sharply as pH increases.
