摘要 在现场调研的基础上,对典型失效样品进行了失效分析,对表面腐蚀坑、裂纹进行了宏观和微观分析,表明裂纹是从表面腐蚀坑处萌生,沿着大体垂直于表面的方向向内穿晶扩展。结合RD3A1车轴卸荷槽部位的结构特点,阐述了车轴轴颈卸荷槽部位裂纹产生的机理,为制定有效的预防措施提供了可靠的依据。 On the basis of investigation in field,the failure analysis is made on typical failure samples,and the macro and micro analyses are made on the surface corrosion pits and cracks.It shows that the cracks generate from the surface corrosion pits,and the transcrystalline development goes inside along the direction generally perpendicular to the surface.Combined with the structure features at the relieve grooves of RD3A1 axles,the mechanism of crack generation at the relieve grooves on axle journals is expounded.Thus,the reliable basis is provided for setting up effective preventative measures.
