摘要
分析数字图书馆建设中涉及到的信息加工、组织和传播的知识产权问题,比较和研究中美两国在知识产权保护方面的现状,提出了我国数字图书馆建设中的知识产权保护工作的建议和措施。
The paper analyzes the intellectual property right problems which digital library developrnent involved, compare and studies the current situation in intellectual property protection of China and the United States, puts forward suggestions and measures about the intellectual property right protection work in the construction of digital library in our country.
