悬浮微阵列技术检测乳腺癌细胞八种癌基因的评价 被引量:2

摘要 研究发现乳腺癌患者死亡与早期肿瘤转移密切相关。早期转移系直径〈2mm的恶性肿瘤转移灶,包括单个肿瘤细胞和组织中的微小转移。由于取材限制,目前研究主要集中在前哨淋巴结、血液、骨髓等方面。而外周血循环肿瘤细胞具有原发肿瘤的特征,乳腺癌循环肿瘤细胞检测对乳腺癌的早期诊断,复发转移诊断,以及指导术后治疗等意义重大。本研究采用悬浮微阵列技术同时检测乳腺癌细胞多个基因表达水平,以便为乳腺癌早期转移的多基因联合检测的临床应用研究奠定基础。
