摘要
经济法的目的是关系到经济法正当性以及经济法价值取向的重要问题。作者首先回顾了西方经济法产生之初的经济法目的目的,然后分析了我国在市场经济条件下研究经济法目的的意义和发现经济法目的的方法,最后提出我国经济法的目的及其顺序。
The purpose of economic law is an important issue concerning the justice and value- orientation of economic law. This paper firstly reviews the purpose of economic law in the initial formation of western economic law, and then analyzes the significance of the research of the purpose of economic law and the methods of finding the purpose of economic law under the condition of market economy of China, and finally puts forward the objectives of the economic law of China and their order.
