摘要
城镇土地定级估价是城镇土地管理的基础性工作,有助于促进土地资源的高效配置和经济的快速发展。根据城镇土地定级因素所具有的空间特征和相关性,采用了地理信息系统(GIS)的技术和方法,运用空间数据库存贮、管理和操作各类与城镇土地定级有关的信息和数据,建立了一个城镇土地定级信息系统,并结合益阳城区土地定级的实践,对城镇土地定级的有关理论与方法进行研究。
The town-land rating is the basis of the town-land management. It resource and rapid development of economy. Based on the spatial character promote efficient disposition of land of environmental variables and their relationship to land grading the authors have developed a automated method of urban land grading. Taking Yiyang City as an example, the basic theory and method of town-land grading are approached. Using GIS.
