摘要
建立了用高效液相法测定吡虫啉在水果蔬菜中的残留的方法。果蔬样品用乙腈提取之后过Florisil和中型氧化铝小柱净化,再用高效液相色谱法测定。本方法的添加回收率在70%~120%之间,相对标准偏差2.3%~15.3%,在样品中的最小检出限可达到0.02mg/kg。该方法前处理步骤简单,处理后杂质干扰少,灵敏度高,适用性强,可用于大部分水果和蔬菜等植物组织中吡虫啉药物残留的测定。
A new method for the determination imidacloprid residues in fruit and vegetable by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography. The samples of fruit and vegetable were extracted with Acetonitrile, and extracts were purified on Al2O3- Florisil column, followed by imidacloprid determination using HPLC with a Photodiode Array detector. Sample recovery varied form 70. 0% to 120%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.3% - 15.3%. The minimum detectable concentration in fruit and vegetable was 0.02 mg/kg. The method is applicable for detection of the residues in fruit and vegetable.
