摘要
自我效能感是图书馆员信念的重要组成部分,也是影响图书馆员职业倦怠的主要因素之一。从社会、职业、馆员自身三个纬度对影响馆员自我效能感的因素进行了分析,以期引起社会各方对图书馆职业的重视。馆员自身应树立正确的职业观念,对服务行为进行恰当的归因,积极调整心态来应对职业倦怠。
Self-efficacy is an important component of librarian faith, as well as a main factor influencing their professional burnout. In this paper, factors influencing self-efficacy are analyzed from the three aspects of society, library and librarian themselves, librarian should build up positive professional conception, reason properly the serving action and actively adjust psychology towards professional burnout.
