摘要
介绍了学科馆员的起源、概念以及当前环境下图书馆对学科馆员队伍以及个人素质的整体要求,讨论了图书馆学科馆员的制度建设和管理机制,指出学科馆员的信息服务是高度个性化、学科化、知识化的服务模式,是图书馆读者服务的重大转型和变革,也是图书馆读者服务的深化和发展。
The origin and concept of subject librarian as well as the library demand on the librarian team and personality in current condition are introduced. Meanwhile, the system construction and management mechanism of it are discussed. It points out that the information services model of subject lihrarian are high-individualized, subject-classified and knowledge-intensive, which is the important development and revolution of the library service for reader.
