摘要
随着装备(设备)的大型化、复杂化,准确做出维修决策越来越困难。通过问题提出、模型假设,在研究条件剩余寿命的基础上,根据不同的维修需求建立了几种基于状态的维修决策模型,通过该模型优化求解,即可容易、准确地做出维修决策,从而节省了大量人工分析计算时间,也避免了过剩维修和维修不足等问题。
It is difficult to give maintenance decision-making with the equipment's heavying and complicating. A question, make model hypotheses is put out, then some kinds of decision-making model of CBM for different maintenance demands on the base of studying on eonditional residual time are given. It can make maintenance decision simply and exactly by the model optimizing, then save lots of time for analysis and calculation and avoid superfluous and deficient maintenance questions.
