摘要
模具高速铣削加工具有传统加工无可比拟的优势,是模具制造的发展方向。从机床结构、切削刀柄和刀具、加工工艺、数控编程等方面阐述了模具高速铣削的技术特点以及在模具加工行业的应用。
High speed milling of mold has incomparable advantage comparing with traditional machining, and is developing direction of mold machining. From the tool machine structure, handle and cutting tools, processing craft and procedure of number control, the characteristics of high speed milling of mold is elaborated and appiea in the profession of mold machining.
