摘要
用激光二极管(LD)泵浦Nd∶YVO4晶体,采用四镜环形腔结构,腔内放置由法拉第旋光器和λ/2波片及布氏片组成的光学单向器,实现了稳定的1064nm单频激光的输出,在腔内插入Cr4+∶YAG晶体时,获得了脉宽为100ns、重复频率为21kHz的单纵模被动调Q激光输出。
A frequency-stability ring Nd: YVO4 laser end pumped by a laser diode through fiber-coupling was designed and experimentally demonstrated. A passive Q-switched single-frequency laser was also achieved in a ring cavity by inserting a piece of Cr^4+ : YAG as an intracavity laser pulse saturable absorber. The Q-switched single-frequency laser pulse duration was measured to 100ns and the repetition rate was 21kHz.
