摘要
针对4种不同的钨合金组份,为考核其动态穿甲性能和靶板后效特性,开展了静态拉伸、压缩和动态穿靶试验.通过试验确立了易碎材料动态穿靶特性与静态试验参数的关系,确立了影响易碎钨合金材料的主要静态参数是拉压比、延伸率和断面收缩率,为易碎穿甲弹的设计提供了参考数据.
Aiming at four different kinds of tungsten alloy material, experiments of static pulling, static compression and dynamic penetration were carried out to assess their dynamic penetration performance and the aftereffect behind target . By experiment, the relation between the dynamic penetration performance of the fragile material and the static testing parameters was established. The primary static parameters affecting penetration performance of the fragile tungsten alloy are ratio of tension to compression, elongation and contraction rate of fracture surface, which provide reference for design of FAP.
