摘要
分析了未装设并联电抗器的超高压输电线路断开相故障点电压在瞬时性与永久性故障情况下的幅值特征及其与该点健全相电压之间的相位关系,指出瞬时性故障点电压与该点两健全相电压和同相位,而永久性故障时该点电压与该点两健全相电压和的相位差随过渡电阻及线路长度的减小而接近90度,据此提出了判断故障性质的相位判据,并针对金属性故障及线路出口处的低阻故障情况提出了补充判据,该判据可准确地判断故障性质且对于测距误差与线路参数估计误差具有良好的自适应性,大量仿真实验验证了所得结论。
The amplitude of the voltage at the fault point of the opened phase conductor is discussed in case of temporary or permanent faults. The phase difference between the voltage of the opened phase and the sum voltage of healthy phases at the fault point is analyzed. In case of temporary fault the phase difference is nearly zero, while in case of permanent fault it increases to 90 degrees with the decreasing of line length or fault earth resistance. A phase criterion based on this fact is proposed to distinguish temporary faults from permanent faults and its supplementary criterion is proposed to make it effective when fault earth resistance is small or the fault is in short distance. The phase criterion can distinguish between temporary and permanent faults effectively and be adaptive to the errors of fault location and parameter calculation. Lots of simulation tests show that the conclusions are correct.
