摘要
目的为了更好、更准确地记录和管理手术与麻醉的临床信息,提高医生和麻醉师的工作效率,特别是精确记录和追踪患者在手术过程中的生命体征数据,为麻醉医生客观准确评估麻醉深度提供依据。方法通过麻醉医生工作站与床旁医疗设备的数据交换,实现患者生命体征数据的连续自动采集、网络实时传输、存储监护仪和呼吸机等输出的数据,给出自动报警和趋势分析。结果(1)实现了麻醉记录电子化;(2)为医学循证带来方便;(3)为麻醉学科研创造条件;(4)为科室管理提供依据;(5)为远程会诊提供有利条件。结论对临床医护人员的术前准备、手术与麻醉管理、术后总结有良好的辅助作用,能明显减轻医护人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,提高管理的准确性和客观性,是医院信息化管理向临床应用深入的一次成功尝试。
Objective To record and manage clinical information better and more exactly, increase work efficiency of doctors and anesthetists, especially exactly record and trace the patients＇ physical signs＇ data during the operation, provide evidence for anesthetists to evaluate the depth of anesthesia objectively and exactly. Methods By data exchange among anesthetists＇ workshop and medical equipments, realize the patients＇ physical signs＇ data＇s automatic and continuous collection, intranet real-time transmis sion, and the monitor＇s and breathing apparatus＇ data＇s saving and automatic warning as well as tendency analyzing. Results （1） realized the digital recording of anesthesia; （2） provided convenient for medical evidence; （3） created condition for the research of anesthesia; （4） provided evidence for the management of the department; （5） provided benefit condition for the teleprocessing consultation. Conclusion It has aided well the preoperational preparation of clinical staff, operation and anesthesia management, summary after operation, and decreased the work intensity obviously for the doctors and nurses, increase the work efficiency as well as the accuracy and objectivity of management. It is a successful try of the clinical application of the hospital information management.
