摘要
为提高蒙脱土的层间距和表面亲油性,用苄基三甲基氯化铵(BTMA)对蒙脱土原土进行改性,制备了苄基三甲基氯化铵交联蒙脱土(BTMA-PILCs).用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和热分析(TG-DTA)技术对BTMA-PILCs进行结构表征,考察了不同条件下BTMA-PILCs对甲基橙的吸附性能,计算得到了几个热力学参数.结果表明:BT-MA-PILC对甲基橙的吸附是一个非自发的、放热的物理过程,其吸附行为符合B ingham速率方程和D-R(Dubinin-Radushkevich)吸附等温式所描述的规律,40℃下BTMA-2.0-PILC的饱和吸附量为2.0 mg.g-1.
MontmoriUonite is modified with benzyltrimethylammonium (BTMA) chloride to prepare the pillared clay (PILC), designated as BTMA-PILCs. The BTMA pillared clays are characterized by XRD, IR and TG-DTA techniques. The adsorption capability of the BTMA-PILCs for methyl orange is investigated under different conditions and the thermodynamic parameters have been calculated. The results show that the adsorption of BTMA-PILCs for methyl orange is an un-spontaneous and exothermic physisorption, which fits well for Bingham equation and D-R (Dubinin-Radushkevich) isotherm model. The maximum adsorption capability of BT MA-PILCs for methyl orange reaches 2.0 mg · g^-1 at 40 ℃.
