高固含高温油浆泵故障分析及改进 被引量:2

摘要 针对河北中捷石化公司催化裂化FCC装置中油浆泵在输送固含量较高的高温油浆时,发生叶轮锁母脱落、叶轮口环及叶轮松动等故障现象,本文从水力和结构的角度对叶轮受力情况加以探讨,改进了相应件的结构设计,提高了运行可靠性。
